职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Manage supervisor Office and Finishing workshop (stationery, training documents, folder labels, information board,)
2. Organize Global Technology Meetings for Finishing, Coordinator of “Best Practice” of Asia-Pacific for Finishing
3. Production reports (KPI’s from Database , Monthly working hours, Operation meeting, Department meeting minutes, weekly materials cost overview, and others temp reports as requested)
4. Maintain the database application as needed and ensure Operation are entering the data as Required
5. Write, Link and run queries within the database application to pull data for analysis
6. Review, correct and development Databases
7. Summarize and analyze report of CBAP, use MS project to follow up Time Line.
8. Payments: line leader taxi , health check, FD training, business trip reimbursement, monthly car rental and flights reimbursement, follow up all related vender set up, personal reimbursements for manager
9. Support HR on all leave forms; promotion, personnel requisition and probation forms follow up; medical reimbursement; absent attendance record, other Admin as requested
10. Others: annual outing, manage locker room, uniform, arrange transportation, accommodation for Production, invitation letter, and other temp tasks from manager

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED:
Business needs, education background, skills and experience, etc.

1. Degree in English major or related field.
2. At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably with foreign enterprise
3. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
4. Management skill is preferred.
5. Excellent English skills

  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
