职位描述：
The Planner is responsible for planning and maintaining appropriate levels of materials necessary to support. This includes basic scheduling and planning, as well as inventory management. He/She is required to work independently.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Planning and Purchasing of parts and material according to production plan
? Negotiate with suppliers on delivery and costs to ensure the factory has adequate amount of inventory and no shortage in production
? Inventory controlling
? Involved in Supplier Quality Improvement;
? Service spares’ material plan and on time deliver
? Visual Management in Supply Chain
? Coordinate with engineer and production for engineering change and project follow up
? Coordinate with Italian colleagues ,follow up order and shipment

Qualifications:
? College graduate
? 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
? Working knowledge of SAP
