职位描述：
To manage the Product Conformity unit and be responsible of sales growth with good profitability. The candidate will be full responsible of P&L and lead the department team in China with the target of establish and consolidate a solid Business Plan that allows the company full implementation of product certification services.
He/she performs the role of empowering, selecting, coaching, and retaining qualified staff that will contribute to unit goals and the company at large.
The manager will provide direction and guidance to subordinates, which includes
-Putting up working standards and monitoring performance.
-Communicate with main HQ in Spain.
-Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
-Perform efficient finance management
-Create new strategies for marketing and brand development
-Set up KPI to appraise staff performance
-Control budget and expenses in order to ensure the profitability
Main Regulations; Construction Products Regulation, Machinery Directive
Potential projects: steel structures, fasteners, plywood, bearings, machinery.
Reports to GM
- Strong technical background in CE marking.
- Familiar with local and international standards for construction products, metal materials and machinery.
- Familiar with auditing and certification process, knowledge and experience is required.
- CIQ qualification certificate will be appreciated.
- Familiar with CE and CPR 305/11 certification process.
- Computer skills Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
