Scientist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
?Contribute to the development of new and existing vaccines through membership in project teams, as appropriate to the role and required by the business.
?Involve actively in team discussions.
?Perform experiments independently in the realm of virology and clinical trials.
?Write protocols, reports, and technical documents suitable for regulatory submission in a timely manner.
?May lead project team/sub-teams to develop and validate assays & manufacture processes.
?Train/supervise junior staffs, such that they perform as expected.

Requirements
?Attention to details; team player; good organizing skills and ability to communicate in English.
?Scientific expertise gained through either a tertiary degree in a relevant field (Virology, Veterinary Science, Immunology or other relevant disciplines) or several years of direct experience in vaccine development.
?Ability to apply clinical and scientific knowledge to the development of veterinary vaccines.
?Ability to collate and present study data.
?Ability to prioritize tasks of low to medium complexity.
