职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage and execute various program that lead to improvements in quality, cost, delivery and overall efficiency, insure 100% follow up SWI operation, continuous improve quality both customer and internal PPM.
倡导和实施有利于提高质量，降低成本，按时交付和提高整体效率的措施，确保100%跟进SWI操作，逐步跟进客户和内部PPM要求的质量任务
2. Make sure all equipment and tool under control to support normal production.
确保各类设备和工具都能支持生产运转
3. Take the responsibility of workshop 5S, good discipline, and EHS.
负责部门5S，工作纪律和EHS管理
4. Responsible for developing the leadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivating and counseling, help them towards improvements.
通过培训，激励和辅导来提高自身的团队领导能力，帮助成员提高自身素质
5. Coordinate with other departments to be able to plan, lead, organize and control available resources to satisfy customers’ needs
与各部门协调处理生产计划，组织领导和可用材料控制等问题，以此满足客户需求
6. Responsible for making annual manpower, equipment, and manufacturing cost budget
负责编制年度人力，设备和生产成本预算
7. Have the authority to stop production to correct quality problems
有权停止生产，以查找纠正质量问题
8. Other tasks assigned by senior management
完成上级领导交代的其他工作

Position Specification
Management Scope: Team Leader and all operators
                                   团队领导者和运营者
Education: Bachelor in IE or Engineering
                                   IE或工程专业
Experience: Over 8 years foreign company work experience, at least 6 years famous company on site management experience, familiar with ISO9000, ISO14001, TS16949 and good LEAN production experience.
                                    8年以上外企工作经历，或至少6年以上现场管理经验，熟悉ISO9000，ISO14001，TS16946和LEAN工作经历

Skills: Strong Problem solving skill;
                Good cooperation and team work skills;
                solid organizational communication and leadership skill.
