工作职责：
1.收集不合格品。
2.不合格品分析。
3.不合格品返工。
4.返回生产线重新测试。
5.利用返工日志记录返工状况，包括缺陷描述，原因分析，解决方法等。
6.参与生产过程质量改进。

要求：
1.技校或中专以上学历。
2.从事过装配工作，与EPR类似产品的组装工作者优先。
3.善于总结，精于分析。动手能力强，有一定的表达能力。
