职位描述：
This position should provide support to Sales on sales activity of internal & external communication and handling daily job of sales department.
Key Responsibility:
1.Provide timely & demand-oriented process support to customer including but not limited to contract / quotation / sample preparation/sales inquiry consolidation and follow-up.
2.Act as a coordinator among customer & sales & internal department (such as customer service, marketing, AE, Logistics, Finance) to strengthen customer relationship and ensure high standard of services.
3.Handle sales leads with small revenue assigned by manager.
4.Overall responsibility in assisting and supporting business development and business maintenance activities in Sales & Marketing departments.
5.Prepare specific analysis & report when requested from managers.
6.Other routine administrative tasks assigned by manager.
Qualification:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Experience: 5+ years work experience as customer service / sales assistant.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Good English skill in oral & writing.
5. Team spirit and customer oriented.
