SUMMARY

Maintain the manufacturing processes of copper-clad laminates. Improve the yield of production and output through continuous improvement techniques, SPC, process problem solving, and document control. Provide technical support to manufacturing and other related functions. Coordinate to take corrective actions and implementing preventative recurrence

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Support plant manager in order to achieve goals in Safety, Productivity, and Product Yields.

2.Maintain production ISO Documentation system: Operation Procedures and Specifications

3.Participate actively in all team projects as a team member or team leader

4.Oversee Training of Group Leaders and Operators. Review training operations to determine overall effectiveness.

5.Trouble shoot production and process issues

6.Implement, monitor, and improve shop floor SOP's.

7.Use quality tools to analyze and reduce product defects.

8.Take part in process continuous improvement & optimizations.

9.Take part in process capability evaluation and improvement.

10.Establish Bill of Materials and Routing Standards for product costing.

11. Provide assistance and work with Quality Department in vendor selection and qualification of processes.

12. Provide assistance for procurement and installation of process equipment.

13. Maintain a manufacturing database for product/process maintenance and product/process capabilities.

Arlon Suzhou opened its first operation, a small finishing center, in 2004. Two years later in 2006 it’s manufacturing facility, entitled Arlon Material Technologies Co., Ltd., opened and it complements Arlon’s USA operations quite well. Arlon’s manufacturing plant contains state-of-the-art equipment and is currently undergoing several equipment expansions which will increase Arlon’s manufacturing capacity.
