1.每天（月）不良率的反馈

2.每天生产线首５件的放行与认可

3.不良品库的管理

4. 每月质量报告

5.每天不良现象的现场处理与分析

6.内部８D的开启与关闭

7.内部质量问题汇总，经验教训

8.SPC的管理与控制

9.质量记录的管理与保持

10.PFMEA / Control Plan的制定与维护

11.新产品的导入与质量控制

12.员工培训

Specific Requirement:

1.At least junior college educational background.
2.Have work experience in IPQC,and be familiar with process inspection and process problems judgment.
3.Adapt to 3-shift work.
4.Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment.
5.Team work,good communication skills, hardworking.
6.Basic English speaking and reading skills
