1. Fluent in both oral and written English.

2. Technical education background (Major in Mold engineering);

3. Knowledge in the field of Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Extrusion;

4. Practical experience in production / tool shop;

5. Experience in the automotive industry;

6. Knowledge about supplier development / supplier quality / audit systems / quality systems;

7. Knowledge about production planning / logistics / supply chain management

8. Strong Communication Skills, Team Spirit;

9. Analytical thinking; Proactive attitude;

Job Description:

1. Tooling Supplier Selection (find potential suppliers, audit supplier, supplier assessment)

2. Documentation of all relevant data (drawings, specifications, standards) according defined process;

3. Comparison and Evaluation of incoming quotations;

4. Draft and Finalization of purchase order and follow up the scheduled plan;

5. Definition and Implementation of relevant measures to guarantee and improve supplier performance (cost, quality, time);

6. Cooperate with the relevant functions (global purchasing team, quality, operation, supply chain management, Logistics);

7. Organize the supplier assessment and audit;

8. Other tasks assigned by the Directors.
