岗位职责：
1.负责蒸发器上铜管的焊接连接作业；
2.负责焊接设备/工具的日常性维护与保养；
3.协助建立并保持安全生产规定，有能力处理生产过程中的紧急情况；
4.协助进行焊接工艺控制和改进；
5.监控焊接质量状况，及时反馈和解决生产中出现的质量问题；
6.负责焊接工序的日常清洁与整理、整顿等工作。

岗位要求：
1.职高或以上学历，机械类教育背景；
2.有铜管焊接经验；能熟练使用氩弧焊，汽保焊焊机；有焊工证；
3.有家用空调、中央空调安装经验或冷柜等制冷设备发动机焊接工作经验者优先；
4.吃苦耐劳，能在相对艰苦的工作环境中工作；
5.有良好的沟通能力，学习能力，做事积极主动，有团队精神。
