MISSION
Responsible for overseeing all operation activities for one product group within the plant to ensure timely, continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

3.Establish production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders
4.Coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing program

6.Drives problem solving and program improvement activities (lead time reduction, cost reduction) together with

Job Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree on Mechanical engineering related major
2.Minimum 3 years'relevant experience in team management, project management and product technical management
3.Knowledge of lean sigma methodology and tools
4.Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
5.Proactive and having initiative
