RESPONSIBILITIES :
? To liaise with functional colleagues as appropriate across the business to agree an achievable manufacturing plan
? To direct and co-ordinate all manufacturing activities to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, cost and delivery
? To encourage, support and be accountable for initiatives to improve cost, quality,delivery, health, safety and environmental performance in line with the Company's Lean Enterprise approach
? Propose solutions and improved ways of working to eliminate waste and minimise the production cost.
? Collect data of machine shop running status and compile daily report to machine shop supervisor / manager for actions in the night shift.
? To monitor discipline and ensure machine shop employee's behaviours to be in line with company regulation & policy

    梅西埃航空（苏州）有限公司是梅西埃-布加蒂-道蒂的下属公司，前身为美西航空，2002年开业，专门为商务机和支线机项目如达索、庞巴迪、豪客比奇以及空中客车A320和波音B787项目提供部件，是专注于制造和组装中型起落架的工厂。新工厂于2008年初开业，其新厂房注册投资总额约为5500万美元，厂房总面积为54,600平方米，建筑面积为18,000平方米，坐落于苏州工业园区出口加工区B区。新厂房的落成，增加了大型商务机项目的引进：如空中客车A350，A320NEO和波音B787等。梅西埃航空（苏州）公司将致力于中型飞机起落架零部件制造、部件组装和装配，热处理及表面处理，并成为梅西埃-布加蒂-道蒂亚洲供应链中心。
