1.Site Lean-Sigma Champion
2.Member of site Leadership Team
3.Senior member of the site and MBD IPI Lean-Sigma community
4.Leader of the site IPI Lean-Sigma Black Belts Team
a.Ensures the appropriate Improvement projects are defined, sponsored, project managed, and delivered, ensuring coherence between Top-Down (Policy deployment) and Bottom-Up initiatives
b.Leads successfully high impact DMAIC & change projects
c.Ensures consistency with Safran policies, implement Group projects and report results
d.Manages employee suggestion programme (short / long loops)
e.Improvement Facilitator to the site Leadership Team. Providing:
> Support in establishing and monitoring site improvement plans in alignment with SAFRAN+ objectives via deployment of the strategic objectives till DMAIC level
> Support in the deployment of business management by processes
> Support in the development of employee engagement & empowerment in improvement.



SKILLS & PROFILE:

1.Experience in leadership of continuous improvement and change management in an industrial domain.
2.Management / leadership experience >=8 years
3.Experience of working with site leadership teams.
4.Expertise in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies and toolsets.
5.Expertise in the coaching of operational teams and individuals.
6.Proven track record in operational roles in aerospace or industrial companies (e.g. Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, CS, ...).
7.Lean Six-Sigma certification in industrial environment (preferably BB or MBB)
8.Experience in leading complex improvement projects.
9.Thorough knowledge of generic key business processes.
10.Customer focused and results oriented.
11.Fluent in local language and English.
