Qualifications:
2 or above years of working experience;
At least 1 year development experience with Java;
He/She should be aware of SDLC processes and should have played the BA functional role of coordinating with business and technical team;
He/She should have hands on experience with Requirement Analysis, Requirement Development, Requirement Tracing and Documentation;
He/She should have excellent communication skill (verbal / written) in English and Mandarin;
He/She should have good client facing skills, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills;
Basic Knowledge of CMMI processes;
Be good at testing skill;
Life Science domain knowledge is plus.

Requirement:
Be good at communication in both Mandarin and English;
Be responsible for system requirement analysis;
Be responsible for system requirement spec writting;
Coordinate with internal project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery;
Support practice development initiatives, assist business development team with documentation;
