职责Responsibility：
1、制定公司培训规划并负责组织实施

Making plans for the training of the company,and responsible for the organization and fulfillment.
2、建立员工培训档案并即时管理。

Establish the training archives and manage them.

3、组织公司的各种活动及其他临时性工作。

Organize other activities of the company.

4. 负责前台接待的工作，如订餐，收发快递，来电转接，来访人员的接待等。

Be responsibile for the the reception, such as ordering the meals, receiving and dispatching the expresses of the company, transfering the calls and receiving the visitors.
