任职要求：1、会计、财务等相关专业大专以上学历，有会计从业资格证书，要求苏州户口 2、大专或以上学历，有相关工作经验，应届生亦可；
3、了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务；
4、善于处理流程性事务、良好的学习能力、独立工作能力和财务分析能力；
5、熟练使用现代化办公设备及办公软件；
6、良好的社交能力和协调能力，沟通能力强；
7、具备良好的行政事务能力，工作有条理性、计划性，踏实，细心、办事沉稳细致，尽职尽责；
8、具有良好的敬业精神和团队合作精神，能承受有压力的工作环境。


职位职责：1、电话接听及转接，来访宾客的接待；
2、公司邮件资料的接收、转发、登记；
3、后勤保障，办公资产，办公用品的采购、保管和领用发放；各类行政费用的结算；
4、协助会计做好各种帐务的处理工作；
5、起草、传达行政通知、相关文件或备忘录，协助组织公司各种活动和会议；
6、协助行政主管处理日常行政事务；
7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
