Responsibility:

1. Customer interface on technical issues / Coordinate engineering issues in Customer Focus Team (Con-call,DFM,DFA)
2. Internal BOM generation, routing setup.
3. First Piece buy-off
4. ECN implementation
5. Sample Approval for ME Parts and Packing Parts.
6. Lead the team to improve the overall quality by using the 7 steps
7. Regular quality review with customer and RMA rate reduction
8. Supplier quality coordination / Handling the material problem/ Drive MRB rate reduction
9. Overall manufacturing process development and implementation
10. CIP for MFG Cost reduction
11. Coordinate line layout with other team members
12. Profile development and optimization
13. Lead for PFMEA
14. MAI generation and implementation, verify prior to build / visual aides / work instructions / templates - kept current at all times
15. Mfg tooling/specify design/coordination
16. Operator training for unique process



Requirement:

1.College or above education and at least 3 years manufacturing industry is request
2.Good English skill with read and written
3.SMT, Wave and BOX build process experience
4.BOM, ECO, Gerber file and Assembly drawing review skill
5.Process flow and relate procedure and working instruction generation skill
6.ESD, MSD and other material control knowledge
7.Mechanical and plastic assembly
8.Understanding on DFM, PFMEA, SPC, APQP
9.NPI experience
10.have box building and system integration experience

11. New Project NRE Quotation,transfer and setup
