responsibility

1.Grow business with existing customers by
- Establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers
- Ensuring we are not left out in any opportunity
- Working towards a strategic alliance with customers
- Getting company into customers' preferred vendor list
2. Order/Forecast Administration
- Forecast accuracy
- Working towards achieving real purchase order to meet forecast numbers
- Early warning to reduction of forecast
- Work on upside and downside of orders
3. Overall Total Customers' satisfaction
- First point customers contact
- Ensuring that all customers' visits are impressive
- Ensuring on time delivery through production control
- Warn customers on failure of delivery
- Handles and feedback on complains
- Ensuring engineering and quality issues are closed
4. Pricing
- Devise a competitive pricing strategy
- Ensuring that all quote/bid are responded in a timely and competitive manner
5. Others
- Coordinate with other departments to assure products quality;
- Lead cross functional team to meet or exceed customers' expectations;
- Ensure the profitability of the programs assigned;
- Be responsible for training and developing subordinates;
- Other duties as required.

Requirement
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering and related;
- 5+ yrs program management experience, EMS industry preferred
- Good command of English, both in Written and Oral;
- Very good project management and negotiation and communication skill;
- Good business acumen
