General Description:

Working on a client’s site, the Security Coordinator is responsible for client satisfaction by maintaining good relationship with the client, providing efficientcoordination work and good management of access card.

Main Responsibilities:

- Access card management includingthe card design, production, adding/deletion, information revision, card assignment and badge loss, badge damage.

- Daily operation and management on CCTV System t.

- Coordination with ICD regional customer service support team to offer the onsite troubleshooting to client.

- Effective coordination, communication with different departments.

- Drafting work plans, job requirements, work standards, statisticsreports and other documents, collecting related document from other colleagues.

- Effective coordinationwith related partnersand vendors.

- Organization the internalsecuritytraining.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Client service oriented

- Quick learning ability.

- Good English (oral and written).
