GENERAL FUNTION基本职能

Engage BDB Quality control inspection activities within the plant to meet quality, service level, cost and business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作职能

? Responsibility of the incumbent to perform all tasks in a safe manner, keeping in mind safety awareness at all times. It is expected that the incumbent will not only practice safety on the job, but will be responsible for the safety of others working in the area.

? Lead QC BDB team to implement and complete the tasks on raw material inspection and release，HALB and FERT product inspection, stability monitoring, customer complain investigation and validation.
? 领导QC BDB团队实施并完成原材料检验放行、半成品及成品检验、稳定性监控、客户投诉调查和工艺设备验证。
? Support validation with QC measurements, including review validation measurements, organizing measurements in accordance with priority, review and confirm validation results and results communication
支持实验室BDB相关仪器的验证工作，包括审核验证方法，进行验证工作，确认验证结果及验证结果的交流。
? Work on inspection relative tasks in conjunction with Manufacturing, Reagent，materials and Engineering counterparts on new product introduction, material change projects.

? Take responsible for related data trending analysis.

? Managing consumable and spare parts for the measurements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS职位要求

Education教育
？ Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 5 years of related experience.
本科学历，生物化学，生物，医学等相关专业，至少8年相关工作经验。
？ Master degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or related science with minimum of 3 years of related experience.
硕士学历，生物化学，生物，医学等相关专业，至少5年相关工作经验。
？ About 3 years working experience in immunoassay technologies.
具有3年免疫分析技术的工作经验。
？ About 3 years working experience in Cell culture.
具有3年细胞培养工作经验。
？ Familiar with ISO 13485 and GMP.
熟悉ISO 13485和GMP规则。
？ Familiar with QC tool, CI tool, Project Management and Validation.
熟悉QC工具，持续改善工具，项目管理和验证。

Skill / Knowledge / Abilities技能/知识/能力
？ Bi-lingual (English and Mandarin), with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill.
良好的中英文沟通和表达技巧。
？ Ability to interact and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary group.
能够有效的与多部门的人沟通。
？ Logical approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
解决问题和排除故障的逻辑思维能力。
？ Background in laboratory experience (research, industrial or clinical).

？ Experience working with Flow Cytometry is a plus.
