职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责管理技术员，确保产量，交货时间及质量等达到目标要求
2、负责从仓库中领料、备料确保工程原料与生产产品相一致
3、负责上模、下模、机器预热，调试注塑机参数以及注塑生产中料杆的粉碎和管理
4、负责记录各项参数指标及制作日产量报表，确保在交班过程中参数准确，填写相关的文件表格,以满足控制文件的要求
5、负责在生产过程中与QA等相关部门的沟通以及采取相应的纠错措施以符合生产质量系统要求
6、负责注塑机及其它生产设备的定期保养与清洁
7、负责定期培训操作工
