任职资格的具体描述：
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，通信电子类，集成电路或自动化专业，2-3年以上工作经验，25-35周岁
2. 有2-3年以上的PLD/FPGA开发经验；熟练使用VHDL或Verilog语言进行功能编码和编写测试序列。
3. 具有较强的创新能力和科研能力
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
5. 能够承受压力和挑战，具有较强的应变能力
6. 英语基本会话，懂日语者优先
7. 能长期前往日本出差
8. 有SONET,IP包处理,CPU周围接口设计经验者优先
9. 具有Cadence NC-VHDL仿真工具运用经验者优先。



FPGA design requirements
Job requirements:
1Bachelor degree or above, communications electronics, integrated circuit or automation,2-3years work experience,25-35 Yearling
22-3years PLD / FPGA development experience; familiar with VHDL or Verilog language function coding and preparation of test sequences.
3with strong innovation ability and scientific research ability
4 with good communication skills and teamwork spirit
5 to be able to withstand the pressure and challenges, strong ability to respond
6basic English conversation, understand Japanese preferred
7long-term went to Japan on business
8SONET, IP processing, CPU peripheral interface design experience is preferred
9with Cadence NC-VHDL simulation tool using experience is preferred.
薪酬福利
职位年薪：15-20万
薪资构成：底薪 + 奖金
