职位描述：
Position Responsibility
? Responsible for periodically tax declaration like VAT refund, stamp duty, surtax etc.
? CIT filing and annual return, working with GL on deferred tax calculation.
? Timely government reporting, including financial administration and statistic administration and other authority required information submission.
? Support business on FA investment projects analysis, review invest application documents.
? Closing track invest projects spending, build invest spending forecast and ensure no over budget.
? Monitor assets movements, and work with US FA team to make FA relative transactions.
? Support company finance closing work, monthly reconcile tax and revenue between book and tax system, FA sub-ledger with GL ledger, and prepare tax & FA ad hoc reports as required.
? Perform daily FA spot check and annual physical count.
? Support internal and external audit for US bookkeeping and local external audit.
? Align with tax bureau for some ad hoc issues per billing and taxation or others.
? Support company to ensure tax compliance and ensure assets security.
? Perform other duties assigned.
Measurements :
? Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related.
? 5+ years’ experience in tax and finance accounting, worked in a multinational manufacturing or big 4 auditing firm is a plus.
? Fluent in English both verbal and written.
? SAP experience is appreciated.
? Proficient in MS Excel
? Good internal and external relationship management skills;
? Excellent analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
? Self-motivated and proactive, active team player, the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 举报 分享
