职责描述
?Product Development & Management – responsible for the product line performance. Drive the execution of product plan and conduct the tracking and analysis of the product programs and result. Develop and manage selling tools to support sales activities. Search and review medical literature to find supporting publications for the product line. Manage the product samples and complaint and provide solutions to the objections from the field. Updating and maintaining self expertise on products and technologies through training and self-learning. Maintain the data base of target procedure, market share, KOL and competition information.
产品开发和管理:全面负责产品线的运行情况;推进产品计划的执行,追踪、分析产品项目和结果;开发和管理销售工具,支持销售活动;查阅医学文献,发行出版物,向产品线提供支持;管理产品样品,处理客户投诉,为销售团队提出的异议提供解决方案;通过培训和自学,不断熟悉掌握产品和技术;维护目标流程、市场份额、KOL和竞争者的数据库信息。

?Marketing & Product Planning – Collect and analyze market data including customer needs and competition to develop market insight and ideas to assist developing product strategy and plan.

?Key Opinion Leader Development & Management – communicate regularly with the key opinion leaders for the product line. Follow the KOL management plan to implement the product plan, develop TST training center, execute product training workshops.

? Sales Support – Spend significant time in the field with sales teams. Be recognized as the product expert to provide technical support to the field sales force; respond to their technical and application questions and provide competitive and appropriate product information, and produce reports and technical data on competitive products, as well as our own products’ performance. Plan and participate in seminars and other special marketing events or campaigns in the field.

任职要求
? Bachelor degree major in medical.
本科学历,医学类相关专业;
? More than 5 years successful sales and marketing experience with medical device company.
在医疗产品销售、开发和商业运作领域里,具有5年以上医疗器械市场推广的成功经验;
? Experience in developing & executing marketing plans, forecasting, implementation of field sales
programs.
在医疗器械销售活动中的开发、传播和执行市场计划方面,具有一定经验;
? Demonstrated successful commercial launch of new products with sustained market growth.
成功开发新的产品线,持续增长市场份额方面,具有一定经验。
? Strong interpersonal and selling skills in order to communicate cross functionally and assist in sales
support.
优秀的客户沟通和销售能力,协助产品销售、市场研究和新产品反馈;
? Sufficient clinical understanding to be able to compile and present sales training programs for sales
representatives and new employees
具有一定的临床知识,能编写用于销售代表和新员工的培训材料;
? Able to help to create promotional/launch programs;
能够协助产品定位、建立产品启动项目;
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
优秀的沟通和presentation能力;
? Conversational English skill, good written and reading skill.
英语口语书面能力强;
? Computer competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
熟练使用Excel, PowerPoint, and Word办公软件。
