2.能够熟练编制PPAP文件并熟知其中具体编订原理和定义方法，有提交PPAP经验；
3.很强的机械图纸识图能力,至少2年金属冲压行业相关工作经验；
4.熟悉汽车行业质量管控系统及相关工具，精通SPC、CPK、MSA、FMEA及8D 等常用质量工具；
5.责任心强，有积极的工作态度，工作认真严肃，有团队合作精神；
6.良好的英文听，说，写沟通能力。
