Position Title: Internal Audit Manager 内部审计经理

Report to: Corporate CFO
Location: Suzhou
Deadline of Application: ASAP

Responsibilities

1. Determines the direction and scope of the financial and operational audits and assist in the preparation of

planning memorandums and audit programs.

2. Evaluates and documents system's effectiveness through the application of Accounting, Auditing and business

knowledge.

3. Suggests corrective actions for deficient conditions and appraises the adequacy of corrective action.

4. Document applicable systems and control processes

5. Make oral and written presentations during and at the close of the examination, and verify compliance with

Company policies

6. Maintain the confidentiality of audit findings and Company proprietary information

7. Prepare audit work papers indicating tests performed in conformance with the Audit Standards.

8. Meets on a regular basis with appropriate Management to discuss concerns of operations and the Company.

9. Responsible to coordinate/complete special requests, projects and reports as directed by Audit and/or

Executive Management.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting or Auditing

CPA/CIA/MBA preferred with minimum 4 years auditing experience with an audit firm and at least one year experience in a MNC Internal Audit Department.
Some manufacturing operational accounting experience and Big 4 experience preferred
Strong knowledge of auditing concepts and practices, financial, compliance and operational audits

Understanding of the totality of a business initiative what needs to be done and how to achieve it.
Ability to initiate ideas and implement new processes

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with individuals at all organizational levels, both international and domestic, required.
Must be able to maintain the highest level of ethics, integrity and objectivity

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
