Position: Quality Manager 质量经理
Location: Suzhou

Key Responsibilities

？ 制程重大质量异常的统筹分析并主导解决；
？ 定期召开质量会议、评估产线的稳定性等性能；
？ 制订、优化品质要求、工作流程，并推动实施、持续改善；
？ 监督制程符合工艺要求、确保巡查人员依规制作业，最大程度降低客户批量性质量投诉；
？ 培训需求调查，编制年度、季度、月度培训计划，并保证计划达成；
？ 招聘计划的申请提报，确保招聘的必要性，并符合内控流程需要；
？ 定期提供产品制程改善计划及改善成果；
？ 协助修订部门组织架构、完善部门职责、岗位职责；
？ 协助建立、完善后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；
？ 品质目标及质量工具的应用和推广；
？ 负责公司计量管理体系的建立、维护与完善。
？ 上级交办的其他工作；

Requirements and Qualifications

？ 本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
？ 八年以上质量管理工作经历，三年以上大型制造业质量经理工作经历；
？ 精通ISO9000/14000体系、OHSAS18000体系；
？ 熟悉UL、TUV等产品认证相关标准；
