Position: Production Director 生产总监
Report to: General Manager
Compensation: Base Pay RMB40K-45Kper month +bonus+ stock option

Key Responsibilities

Have total responsibility, including cost control, for a manufacturing cell in support of the business objectives, ensuring that the Company conforms to Quality and SHE standards at all times.
Manage all the production activities to maximum effectiveness ensuring production and key performance indicators are consistently met.
Ensure that all operation staff and employees are motivated and highly-trained.
Manage budgetary, project and continuous improvement activities and maintaining good product, process and customer knowledge
Coordinate production between functional groups such as sales, merchandising function, materials and shipping departments etc

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven manufacturing management experience – must be able to coach and lead effectively
Degree in Engineering, and preferably Masters
Experience in a Foreign owned industrial, process manufacturing environment, solar PV industry, semiconductor industry or electronic industry is preferred
Must have basic financial awareness and experience of costing and budgeting
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of driving Efficiency improvements programmes, such as Six Sigma, TQM, etc
Excellent understanding of SHE and Quality systems
