Main objectives and

tasks

- Ensure quality system implementation, maintenance and conformity;

- Lead & conduct quality Audits and management review control

- Implement measurement instrument calibration and MSA

- Product Quality Control

- Establishing QA compliance objectives and continuous improvement plans ensuring product quality targets are achieved

- PPAP submission, customer complaint response

- Customer audit and 3^rd-party audit management

- Test Laboratory

- Test lab set up and management

- Complete test request per test plan

- Working with purchasing staff to establish supplier quality control targets (incoming quality, process quality, and etc);

- Staff training, improvement and motivation;

Education

- Bachelor degree or above

- Quality Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Electronics

Language / Ethnicity

- Local Chinese

- Mandarin Chinese as native language

- CET 6 or above, fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill

Personality attributes and experience

- Company quality system set up and maintenance skills;

- Laboratory set up and maintenance skills;

- Understanding of China National Quality rules and International Automotive industry specifications and requirements;

- PPAP and APQP experience;

- Measurement instrument calibration and management and MSA implementation;

- Six sigma certification;

- LEAN manufacturing, SPC implementation experience

- 5S, safety, health and environment knowledge for factory.

- Microsoft office 2000 or XP application skill;

Desired Experience

- At least 3 - 5 years team leader experience for 5 or more coworkers

- At least 3 - 5 years or above Automotive or electronics industry working experience

- Solid understanding and implementation of TS 16949 / QS 9000, ISO 14000, ROHS&WEEE
