任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related
2.Accountant qualification certificate ( 会计证 )holder
3.Familiar with SAP is preferred
4.At least 3 years experience in accounting in a multinational company
5.Hands-on knowledge and experience on China Tax (incl. VAT and export VAT refund process etc) is preferred
6.Self motivated, proactive, responsible, carefulness and team work
7.Able to work in a fast pace environment & ability to meet tight deadlines
8.Willing to work under pressure and to assume additional responsibilities
9.Good communication and interpersonal skills and other soft skills
10.Good command of English, both in written and spoken
11.Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with knowledge of Lotus Notes
12.Honest, integrity, trustworthy, critical thinking, smart working

职位职责：

Overall Responsibility/ Job Purpose
* Within the given finance strategy and guidelines, participate and assist to plan, organize, develop & control all activities of the Finance sub-department in order to ensure that all the required financial output is delivered in the most effective and efficient way possible
* Responsible for monthly management reporting (Magnitude reporting)
* Responsible for factory cost related AP
* Responsible for Inventory monitor and related costing analysis’
* Responsible for Fixed Assets (Capital Expenditure) accounts;

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1 Reporting
* Assist with the preparation of monthly & quarterly group reporting package (incl. Magnitude reporting and PRC statutory reporting) , including but not limited to: headcount report / Activity report / Stock report / Financial report (BS &PL) / Cost center report / Investment report;

2. AP & GL
* Book-keeping of factory cost related AP (including Raw material, spare parts, maintenance etc; Overhead/ Expenses excluded);
* Petty cash & bank payment booking;

3. Inventory & Costing
* Monitor stock status and assist with all stocktaking related process;
* Update and maintenance standard cost , review and analysis standard cost variances;
* Calculating FIFO, Humidity, stock variation, Logistic cost etc for monthly closing;

4. Capex & FA
* Maintain fixed assets register & depreciation and related GL entries；

5. Other
* Prepare and timely submit statistics report required by government;
* Support internal and external audit in related functional areas
* Other tasks assigned by manager
