MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. BA in computer, chemistry, logistics and supply chain management etc.
2. At least over 6+ years working experience and 3+ years at procurement area.
3. Multi-National Company working experience is plus. Working experience in non-production related procurement is plus.
Special Knowledge
1. Good and aggressive personality
2. Good execution and project management skill
3. Good Project Management Skill. Result oriented and self –managed. Completes the assignments timely per request
Skill
1. Solid knowledge & experience of PC based systems particularly Microsoft Excel, Access & Project software

技能
1. 良好的计算机应用能力，特别是Microsoft Excel, Access, Project。
注：此职位负责非生产性采购，主要包括生产设备/备品备件/生产用辅助材料/实验室设备耗材/各类服务等。

Develop, select, manage, and evaluate non-production related suppliers according to company’s requirements.
Co-coordinate with suppliers and internal end users to solve any problems and challenges in terms of quality, delivery, service and etc. Make sure the timely, efficient and reliable supply and high level service from suppliers.
Control and continuously improve the cost.
Assistant purchasing manger to monitor the department KPIs.
Supervise non-production procurement team. Make sure the team to follow up the strategy business integration requirements from procurement head, leverage with cross function groups and Complete the task efficiently.
Performance other duties assigned by Sr. Procurement Head

根据公司要求，开发/选择/管理/评估非生产性供应商。
及时协调处理内部用户和外部供应商提出的各种关于质量，交货，服务等各方面的问题。确保及时，有效，可靠的供货以及高品质的服务。
控制并持续优化采购成本。
协助采购经理跟踪部门KPI。
管理非生产采购团队，保证整个团队能进采购经理制定的战略业务整合的需求，和跨部门团队紧密合作，及时良好的完成采购相关的各项工作。
完成全球战略采购高级领导布置的各项工作。
