本公司受苏州一家美资制造企业委托招聘，制造业10年左右工作经验，机电背景。工作地点：苏州。

BASIC OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE OF JOB

To drive product line revenue and margin to target by implementing short term
tactics to drive business to plan levels and developing strategies to develop the
business by region and segment to defined market share goals.

MAJOR SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Maintain day to day business by:
-Quoting new business & maintaining quote statistics
-Provision and update of price lists
-Track current year revenue, units and margin vs. plan
-Maintenance of product lead-time guidelines
-Customer visits to support sales in existing and new accounts &
gain market insight.
？ Develop rolling 1 year tactical plan and measure execution
-With Sales develop 1-year sales plan by region.
-Identify TAM, SAM account identification and competition share.
-Set target revenue, units and margin goals for the year.
-Target and drive New Business Opportunities
-Target New Product Development and maintenance of New
Product Roadmap.
-Identifying cost reduction requirements to operations
-Promotional roadmap.
？ Develop 5 year strategic plan and measure execution
-Develop 5 year plan to agreed revenue target / market share
including
Manage overall life cycle of products
Product needs
Cost reduction needs to support pricing and margin needs
Detailed Market outlook including TAM, SAM, CAGR,
Competition
Acquisition targets
Promotional needs






FACTORS:
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Essential
- Engineering Degree / Equivalent or
- 10 years working experience in MNC, 5 Years + experience in a Product Manager role
- International experience with customer contact
- Demonstrated track record of driving product line growth
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with sales, planning, operations, and development to achieve results.

Desirable
- Business Degree
- Experience in the Automated Soldering Equipment Market


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Location: Suzhou, China.

Primarily: to Interface with Customers.
Secondarily: to interface with partner functions.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS:
Establishment of product cost targets

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Product Line Profit / Loss


AUTHORITY:
Quoting


WORKING CONDITIONS/HAZARDS:
Intercontinental travel required

DIRECTION/SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Position may be remote from direct manager. Contact will be by multiple media.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING REQUIRED:
Product line manufacturing orientation will be conduct to provide familiarity with all work cells
and understand process capability. Product performance training related to customer
applications.
