职位描述
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for supervision of the overall quality management system of the production facility.
Responsibilities:
? Maintaining the quality systems necessary to ensure that the site is operating in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, ISO 22000.
? Ensuring that the manufacturing operations remains in a validated state and within regulatory commitments.
? Ensuring manufacturing is conform product specification and ensures correct use of all production related documents.
? Implementing Corrective Action-procedure when necessary.
? Revise, review, and help generate SOP's and SOP manual based on guidance from all quality standards.
? Provide routine administrative, business or technical support in accordance with strict SOP's.
? Perform designated daily / weekly / monthly audits, monitoring activities, observations and on-site inspections within all facilities of the company.
? Assist in an effective training program to ensure all company personnel are properly trained.
? Develop a Quality Culture in all departments.
? Engage personnel to ensure they have a clear understanding for QA policy/Standard Operation Procedures and guidance notes.
? Ensure that QA is integrated in the day to day operations.
? Good observation, monitoring and reporting skills
Academic / Educational Requirements:
? Educated in university with a bachelor degree, preferably in Food Science, Chemistry or Pharmacy.
? Training in cGMP and HACCP regulations required.
Required Skills / Experience:
? Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese)
? More than 5 years working experience.
? Previous QA experience required.
? Attention to detail.
? Good skills in Word, Excel en Access.
? Discerning and principled.
? Good organizational skills.
