Job Description:

1.A. Analyze commodity data, prepare and issue RFQ(Request For Quotation) to supplier.
2. Negotiate with supplier for best possible price, quality and payment term etc.
3. Continuous negotiation with supplier for cost reduction, implement and monitor the cost out project.
4. Regular supply base management and integration, maintain and optimize the AVL (Approved Vendor List) suppliers.
5. Work with other team members to audit and certify the new supplier per Eaton standard requirements.
6. Support to project PRO-Launch, product improvement and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) etc.
7. Execute and follow up with the sourcing strategies by management team.
8. Support to purchasing team with prices, delivery and quality issues etc.
9. Other duties assigned as required by team manager.

Requirment:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, technical background.
2. Fluent in oral and written English.
3. Minimum of 3 years sourcing experience of MFG/Operations in mechanical industry area.
4. Be familiar with the ERP system.
5. Understanding of manufacturing and business systems, purchase and quality control systems.
6. Analytic mindset and good at planning.
7. Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
8. Good team player.
9. Proactive, possessing initiative, driving with a 'can-do' attitude.
