Local Certification Manager 签证经理
岗位职责：
1. Review the projects documents and factory inspection reports
审核项目资料和工厂检查报告
2. Certification in the respective certification scheme
在相关认证规程下进行认证工作
3. Organization production process / controlling in the respective certification scheme
认证相关的生产流程与控制的组织工作
4.  Monitoring of GS testing/certification projects GS
测试/认证项目的监控
5. To solve the problem about test procedure, result and technique
处理在测试程序、结果及技术方面的问题
6. Confirmation/rejection of GS certification project requests GS
证书的签发与拒发
7.Interpretation of standards, legal basis, specific GS/CB requirements and EK/CTL decisions
对标准，法规，特殊的GS/CB要求以及EK/CTL决议的解释
8.Accreditations and recognitions
认可方面的工作
9.Creation and update of processes, procedure documentation, evaluation report templates
对工作流程，程序文件，评估报告模板的起草和更新
10.Training of test engineers and administration
对测试工程师和签证管理员进行培训
11.Handling of complaints
客户投诉的处理
12.Close cooperation with the GS certification body
与GS认证机构的协调工作
13.Experience exchange and committee work
参加经验交流和专家会议   
14.To search and collect technical materials
为公司收集技术方面的资料
15.Reception the visitors, introduce our lab to the clients actively and provide advice
接待来访国外客户，向客户介绍实验室情况和提供咨询
    
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related or marketing and sales
机电相关专业，本科或以上学历
2.Year of working experience: 5 years
5年以上相关工作经验
3.Professional experiences in the field of electrical engineering, HF-technology, electronics, telecommunication engineering, mechanical engineering or EMC
专业经验/职业：电气工程师，高频技术，电子，通讯工程师，机械工程师，或电磁兼容
4. Academic degree better than bachelor
大学学士以上学位
5.Experiences in testing acc. ISO IEC 17025 and certification acc. EN 45011 / ISO IEC Guide 65 (EN ISO/IEC 17065) and quality management
具有基于ISO IEC 17025的测试以及基于EN 45011/ ISO IEC Guide 65 (EN ISO/IEC 17065) 的认证经验以及质量管理的相关经验
6. Basic knowledge in statutory provisions of product testing
产品测试方面的相关法规的基础知识
7.Language skills (German, English with technical terms, business fluent)
语言要求（流利的技术，商务德语，英语）
8.Internet Experiences with office, standard software, company specific software, internet
计算机知识：Office，常用软件，公司专用软件
9.Ability to simple and clear verbal presentation of technical issues and knowledge transfer
具有技术事物的简单清楚的语言交流与知识传递能力
