职位描述：
岗位职责
1、按照设计图纸制作对外报价和内部成本预算，确保相应报价和预算的完整、准确、及时；
2、负责对装修项目成本的精确核算工作，保证成本核算的完整准确；
3、负责相应装修工程项目的决算工作，并对装修工程项目预决算差异进行分析，向公司提交分析报告；
4、熟悉各种装饰装修材料，掌握人工材料等费用组成；
5、完成公司领导交办的其他工作，对工作的成效和时效负责；

任职资格：
1、大专以上毕业，从事预结算员或相关工作岗位一年以上，建筑/室内设计/工程等相关专业；
2、熟练应用CAD制图，及广联达预算软件者优先考虑2、工作细心、责任心强；
3、熟悉装修公司各项目部施工图纸,熟悉施工现场,了解工程合同和协议书,按项目进度计划做好预算;
