Marketing Manager

Brief description of key responsibilities:

1. Find and develop sources of business information

2. New product specific definition,market survey product planning

3. Work closely with sales/engineering team to create company-marketing plan

4. Analyze competitions' marketing status

5. Review output rolling and back log to ensure package plan is met

6. Maintain market reports and keep them updated

7. Provides intelligence support to marketing internal team members

Special knowledge, skill and ability requirements:

1. Strong IC technical background and good understanding of memory development process

2. At least 5 years of marketing experience and 2years of marketing manager experience in semiconductor design house or industry field

3. Strong marketing, demographics, research and analytical skills, presentation skills, strong research/computer skills

4. Extensive experience in the following areas:

-Product &Services marketing

-Service & Support operations

-Pricing strategies and cost drivers

-Competitive Analysis

-Promotional approaches

-Relationship management

-Sales Support

5. Self-motivated and good team spirit

6. Coordination abilities with customers, alliances, sales, engineering and management

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must

Education and experience required:

1. EE degree/Computer science degree.
