OBJECTIVES:

? To be a frontline point of contact for existing members when arriving at the hotel, to welcome the guest, assist with inquiries and reservations and escort members to the restaurants
当会员光临酒店时,负责接待,协助预定,指引并陪同他们到达餐厅
? To approach non-members in low-key manner, either directly or through referral by hotel associates, and inform about the membership programme
低调有礼地接触酒店内的非会员客人(包括任意客人或者由酒店同事推荐的客人),并向他们项目会籍信息
? Be visibly present in the restaurants during lunch and dinner meal period and during other peak periods
于午餐及晚餐用餐时段内,或者其他高峰时段,需在餐厅值班
? Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed with the Hotel
达到甚至超越酒店所设定的销售目标
? Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with hotel personnel through effective communication
通过有效沟通,与酒店各部门同事建立及保持良好的合作关系
? Develop and build a strong rapport with Members by providing excellent service
提供优质服务以便与会员建立牢固的人际关系
 
KEY TASKS & DAILY ACTIVITIES:

? To be available front of house during all other times for the servicing of visiting existing members
可随时拜访或协助会员与会籍相关之事宜
? To visit the F&B venues during lunch and dinner period and inform non-members about the membership programme
在午餐及晚餐时段于餐厅内值班以向非会员客人介绍项目会籍信息
? To collect potential leads from hotel associates, including Billfold Flyers, which can be passed on to the programme
向酒店同事收集潜质客户名单,包括可以给到项目的宣传单张/小册子
? To engage with existing members and secure follow up dining reservations
协助会员订餐
? To assist visiting members with all inquiries
协助解答到店会员之任何查询
? To be pro-active in generating additional revenue opportunities from members (banquet/functions) and pass on any leads to the appropriate hotel department
积极抓住任何可以增加酒店收入的机会,如活动、宴会等,并把相关推荐转达给酒店相关部门跟进

? Regular contact with the hotel F&B departments to remain updated on the F&B calendar with a view of assisting the hotel in generating bookings

? Inform members of hotel and upcoming club events and activities
及时通知会员酒店所有的俱乐部活动和促销活动
? Hotel front line associate training

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

? Thorough knowledge of the programme, including membership package, F&B outlets, hotel facilities and operations
熟悉项目所有信息,包括会籍知识、餐厅酒吧、酒店设施和运作。
? Full trained by Hotel and aware of all specific requirements pertaining to the hotel brand
熟悉酒店以及与酒店品牌相关的所有细致要求
? Good communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal
优秀的沟通及谈判技巧,包括口语和文书
? Excellent customer relationship skills

? Efficient & organized

? Grooming and dress standards to follow those of the hotel – must be immaculate

2. From 11am to 8pm or 9pm, 2 days off per week
