职位概述
This position is mainly in charge of routine supplier quality control and meanwhile in charge of new supplier development.主要负责供应商日常质量控制，开发新供应商


Position Responsibilities:
岗位职责
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for maintaining key suppliers’ performance according to yearly Improvement Program . 按年度计划对关键供应商质量管理工作;
2. Responsible for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) new supplier and/or new products development and FAI sample qualification process; 负责新供应商的开发及新产品首件检验流程；
3. Being charge of Incoming quality control process and MRB handling process; 负责进料检验工作及MRB不良品处理的管理工作;
4. Follow up non-conformance products and meanwhile co-operate with relevant MEs to find out root causes and push supplier to take out effective actions; 对于不合格品进行追踪,并与相关工程师合作找出根本原因并推动供应商改善;
5. Other jobs assigned by supervisor. 上级主管安排的其他工作.

Experience and Skills Required:
经验和技能要求
1. Bachelor above degree with major in Mechanical Engineering or related机械制造、测量或相关专业,本科学历;
2. Above 3 years working experience about quality control in mechanical industry三年以上机械行业测量工作经验;
3. Have the ability of reading blueprints discussing technical terms and specification with suppliers有很强的识图能力;
4. Be sophicated with using different type of measuring guarge(for example : Projector, roughness instrument, pneumatic altimeter, outside micrometer, etc) 能熟练使用各类常用测量工具(如:投影仪、粗糙度仪、气动测高仪、外径千分尺等);
5. Deep understanding of QMS and have experiences about SPC,FMEA,APQP&PPAP熟悉SPC,FMEA,APQP&PPAP等统计与管理方法;
6. Experienced in ISO9001:2000熟悉ISO9001:2000质量管理体系；
7. Good capability in MS office能熟练操作计算机和常用办公软件(如:office 2010);
