1.大专以上学历，轮胎行业相关工作经验5年左右

2.熟练TS16949,控制计划，PEMA,SPC,MSA,PPAP等相关质量知识

3.英语读写能力良好

4.熟练使用办公软件

5.良好的沟通协调能力

6.良好的抗压性
