岗位要求：
1、Above Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Studies.
本科以上学历，化学，化工或环保专业。
2、Minimum of 3 years experience in managing, directing and administering EH&S affairs for manufacturing
operations. An understanding of diverse manufacturing process is a plus. Strong PC skills using
Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and other general office equipment.
至少3年管理及制造业直接进行环境安全工作的管理经验。了解不同行业生产流程者尤佳。熟练掌握
Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point及其它办公设备。

职位描述：
1、Ensure the safety policy and procedures are updated based on business.
保证安全政策及程序根据业务而及时更新。
2、Conduct the safety audit weekly with a written report and drive the other department’s correction on any
issues identified.
进行每周安全书面稽核并督促其它部门及时更正任何安全问题。
3、Establish the safety committee and organize the safety meeting monthly and drive the corrections timely.
(Meeting minutes and monthly audit report should be sent to all attendees after the meeting).
建立安全委员会并每月组织召开安全会议，督促相关问题得到及时的修正。（会后须将会议记录及月
度稽核报告发送给所有与会人员。）
4、Fire Distinguishers are maintained and fire drill is conducted once a year.
每年进行一次消防知识学习及消防演习。
5、Implement and ensure company monitor system running well.
实施并确保公司监控系统的有效性
6、Review and update the safety orientation material and ensure all operators receive the updated safety
orientation with a record.
审核并更新安全入职培训资料并确保所有的操作人员及时得到安全入职培训并有记录。
7、Deliver the safety training to operators based on the training plan established and organize the assessment
for all training delivered.
按照所建立的培训计划对操作人员进行安全培训并考核.
8、Ensure the bulletin boards in canteen and workshop are updated monthlty with updated safety
communication material.
保证餐厅及车间公告栏安全教育资料每月更新一次。
9、To deliver safety related article in company newsletter
通过每次的公司刊物，进行安全宣传
10、Organize the physical check for all employees once a year, provide proper feedback and follow up the
check result.
每年组织一次全体员工的体检。并对检测结果进行反馈和跟踪
11、Pass hygiene inspection from national and local inspection authorities
保证通过国家及当地权威部门的卫生检查工作。
12、Ensure the waste on site is disposed legally and make a monthly statistics of solid, liquid waste.
确保废弃物合法的定点处理并每月进行废物、废液的统计。
13、Continual enhance each position’s protective appliance
不断完善各岗位的安全防护
14、Evaluation of labor protection, PPE management.
负责劳动防护的岗位评估及劳保用品的管理和配发。
15、Identify the company environmental safety and health risks and formulate effective measures, tracking
improvement, prevent the happening of the accident
主导识别公司环境安全健康方面的风险，组织制定有效的措施，跟踪改善，预防事故的发生
16、Assures compliance with all health, safety and environmental laws and regulations issued by local, state
agencies.
保证公司环境、安全、健康达到环境法要求及国家、地方相关机构的认证。
17、Keep tracking and identify EHS related regulations ，provide consulting and training for plant associates.
追踪识别环境、健康及安全相关法规，为工厂员工提供相关培训及咨询。
18、Conduct safety inspection and other EHS related actives
开展安全检查及其他EHS相关活动。
19、All contractors are registered and educated before they start work on site and ensure them work IAW
with the company rules and regulations.
确保所有承包商在上岗工作受过相关培训并已注册登记。保证他们的工作符合公司的公司规章制
度。
20、Ensure all operators have updated qualification to operate the machines and drive the forklifts.
确保所有操作人员操作机器以及驾驶铲车的资格证书得以及时更新。
21、Deal with other temporary tasks designated by the manager.
