Your Tasks
- Long term goal is to implement SWEP''''s strategy into the market and to fulfil the plan
- Sales and profitability development for system customers within China
- Identify and map sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales
- Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values and decisions in China
- Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on consultant visits to active potential customers
- Provide customers with technical advice and value proposals.
- Drive activities (e.g. marketing, promotion, claim handling etc.) towards the customers
- Team up with System Business Engineers and/or Customer Support to finalize customer orders
- Provide customer feedback and market information to the company that contributes to the development of the company (e.g. business opportunities, legislations, competition, product development)
- Reporting on weekly and monthly basis, and business review on bi-annual basis, as per guidelines from system manager APAC.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Your Key Competences
- University Degree in HAVC or Engineering (Mechanical, Thermal or Chemical). Degree in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer or Fluid Mechanics.
- >5 years System or large component sales experience in district energy segment, Project sales experience with multiple stakeholder/consultant/design institute
- Sales channel management experience
- Conversion experience into new market with new application/new product is a plus
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)
- Good presentation skill
- Microsoft Office/ CRM
