Description
1) Work on new product transfer.
2) Work on mass production product for yield, scrap and quality improvement.
3) Troubleshooting for supporting line production.
4) Improve production line productivity and line balance.
Qualifications,
1) Over 5 years work experience as assembly MFG ME engineer;
2) Use lean and six sigma method to improve assembly/test productivity
3) Be able troubleshooting for line issue to improve quality and yield
4) Have NPI transfer experience
5) Have leadership and coordinate capability.
6) Good communication with English and positive work attitude.
7) After designer center finish design one new product, be able to define assembly and test process, including test sequence and spec.
8) Have PCBA design experience.
9) Major: mechanical or mechanical & electronic or automation.
