职位描述
As a Quality Engineer, you will provide technical support to Design Engineering, Sourcing, Service and Repair, Manufacturing and Quality Management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Job Summary:
1. Create, implement, review and approve cost effective and reliable process controls, design qualifications, inspection procedures and quality plans for new products.
2. Review and approve design and process changes for measurability, consistency and impact on products, processes or other areas and recommend changes.
3. Lead Open Box Failure mode analysis and determine corrective actions.
4. Support supplier assessment audits, review corrective action proposals and provide technical support for nonconforming material.
5. Train internal departments on quality principles and practices through Built-in-Quality.
6. Initiate, review and approve quality system procedures defining quality acceptance criteria in accordance with agency regulations and company standards, and initiate continuous improvement activities.
7. Perform statistical experiments such as product qualification testing, process capability studies, and fitness-for-use analysis.
8. Manage special initiatives involving quality, customer or business issues.
9. Monitor field experience through Service department, and conduct failure and trend analysis with local and remote service centers on field issues.
10. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
1. University Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. 5 years working experience in electrical-mechanical manufacturing quality engineering, process engineering or product engineering.
3. Familiar with ISO90000 is a must. Experience with quality systems such as TS16949 and others as well as quality techniques (Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan) is a strong plus.
4. Good analytical, audit, and computer skill
5. Good command of spoken and written English
6. Possess strong interpersonal, pay attention to details, diplomatic and negotiation skill and understand Team work approach. Has ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
7. Experience with phased New Product Design process is a plus
8. Experience with configuration management and change control is a plus
9. Experience with wireless or ratio devices is a plus
10. Familiar with Mobility Electrics Product manufacturing process is a plus
