Responsibilities:
- Maintain General Manager's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Conserves General Manager's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
- Maintains General Manager's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements
- 2-year+ experience as General Manager secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Diploma or above in business administration or relative field is an advantage
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, writing and typing)
- Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Effective Communication
- Accounting knowledge is an advantage

要求
- 2年总经理秘书或类似行政职务的工作经验
- 精通MS Office
- 良好的组织和时间管理能力
- 良好的沟通和谈判技巧

- 商业管理或相关领域的文凭或相关领域
- 英语和汉语双语流利(口语,阅读,写作和打字)
