Requirement

Education and Qualification:
专业和资质：

1. Possess at least a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, or Computer related major;
2. Good spoken and written English;
3. Manage a team of more than 5 engineers for at least 8 years;
4. At least 8 years of working experience in a PC manufacturing factory, and be familiar with Systems assembly test process;
5. General knowledge of all factory processes, such as quality control, shop floor system, reliability, Operations requirements.;
6. Experienced in New Production Introduction as well as High Volume Manufacturing processes;
7. Experience with regulatory aspects (EMC, EMI, ESD, surges,…) is a plus;
8. Good knowledge in computer architecture, C and C++ programming, Unix programming;
9. Able to be relocated to other parts of China if required;
10. Closely work together with other engineers in cross-functional team to efficiently solve the task at hand，good communication skills;
11. Well spoken and written English is a plus;

Responsibility

To supplement Benchmark’s Manufacturing engineering and test engineering test manager will focus on the testing management.
- POSITION SCOPE:
主要工作范围与职能：
1． Manage a team of Test Engineers and oversee the following duties;

2． New Product Test lead for Benchmark all kinds of products;

3． Development of test application and processes including AOI, 5dX, ICT, FCT, reliability test and system level test;

4． Standardization and optimization of the manufacturing test process;
5． Product failure analysis and drive issue resolutions;

6． Support production yield improvement activities;
7． Develop BEI Suzhou test capability in technical area;
8． Leverage with BEI Corp and other CMS for the best practice;
9． Conduct high level failure analysis;
