Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate third party quality system audits, customer quality system audits and responsible for organizing team members to investigate root cause analysis for findings and non-conformance, take corrective and preventative actions, validate the effectiveness of actions, issue audit report reply.
- Customer complaints handling include organizing team to investigate root cause analysis for customer complaints, take corrective and preventative actions, validate the effectiveness of actions, issue 8D report reply.
- Improve existing TS16949 quality system
- Provide quality training related to quality system, customer audit and customer complaints handling to colleagues.


Requirements

- Degree in Chemical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5- 8 years working experience in Quality
- Strong problem solving skills
- Work experience in quality system audit and customer complaints handling in Automotive industry
- Good at communication and inter personal skills
- Fluent English speaking
