职位描述：
工作职责:
1. 根据装配工序编制装配作业指导书
2. 工装设计,提升装配效率
3. 与设计人员沟通,理解设计意图和设备使用规范,指导装配工装配和测试员调试
4. 参与生产节拍时间的设定,使装配总工时设定更合理
5. 参与产线管理,生产经理不在岗时管理车间,使生产线顺畅
6. 有生产物流概念,合理安排生产线物料的上线时间和位置,保证产线空间和物流畅通
7. 根据工位要求合理配置装配工具和吊具
任职必需条件:
1. 2-3年机械单位同类工作经验
2. 大专以上学历,机械制造或相关专业毕业
3. Solidworks, AutoCAD制图软件熟练
4. Office办公软件熟练
5. 有精益生产经验优先
6. 有产线6s经验优先
7. 工程机械调试经验优先
8. 工作作风踏实,有团队合作精神
