Main Responsibility:

1. Lead the booth team to achieve monthly valid leads collection target through planning, executing and managing promotion booth activities.
2. Site visit the promotion booth activities and provide constructive proposals on promotion gifts and promoter management policies through observation and feedback collection with promoters.
3. Plan and take the lead in the initiative of developing high-end shopping mall long term booth.
4. Evaluate booth locations according to company KPI and arrange the coming month plan based on the analysis.
5. Develop and organize the joint promotions with high-end shopping malls, database companies, membership companies and every other aggressive joint promotion approaches to enhance the brand awareness and sales.
6. Check and maintain signage on regular basis and propose options for new and important signages
7. Collect and update competitor information in all aspects of marketing promotion, signage, new center openness plan and etc..
8. Get along well with center and other departments to fulfill all the tasks on behalf of MKT department .

Requirements:

1.University degree and above required
2.3+ years supervisory experience in direct sales or direct marketing.
3.Strong negotiation and people skills
4.Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results
5.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
6.Team-player and proven ability to work in cross-functional environments
7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)
8.Good word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

主要职责：

1.通过良好的计划与管理，能带领团队完成每月公司的推广任务
2.定期现场巡视，完善推广员管理制度，同时根据市场反馈对推广礼物提出建设性的提议
3.积极主动在客流量大的高端商业场所开发长期固定摊位
4.根据公司KPI, 评估各推广地点的产出并在下个月的计划中体现
5. 开发并组织与各通路及商家协商的联合推广活动以期增强品牌知名度与扩大销售
6.根据需求做提议广告计划，并定期巡查维护各中心附近的广告位
7. 收集并更新行业发展信息
8.作为市场部代表，与中心和其它部门很好配合完成工作

职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历
2.3年以上销售或者直销行业市场管理运作经验
3.具较强的商谈和交际能力
4.对于计划的实施和监控有较强的分析和评估能力
5.适应快节奏，具备独立，高效、灵活工作的能力
6.具团队合作精神和交叉工作的实际能力
7.具良好的中英文写作与沟通能力 （书写及口语）
8. 能熟练使用Word,Excel,and PowerPoint等各种办公软件
